The 42nd Lorient Interceltic Festival ended Sunday evening. 650,000 festival goers answered our invitation to celebrate the biggest gathering of contemporary Celt cultures.

The year of Acadia (this year's guest of honor) was highly successful. The delegation – who came with about 150 artists – welcomed about 10,000 visitor's each day in their pavilion – designed especially for this year's festival.

Several illustrious guests from the political and economical spheres of New Brunswick came to Lorient in order to create long lasting connections with Brittany.
